Throughout these terms and conditions, the term “this site”, refers to this website. By using this site via Mobile Application (Mobile App) or via a Web Browser (Internet Browser) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using this online shop.

Order Cancellations
Order cancellation applies if a cardholder makes a purchase payable by credit card or debit card and requests order cancellation within 24 hours. If the service is already booked or initiated then order cancellation will not be possible. If your request for an order cancellation is validated by our team, we will give you a credit note which you can use on any of our services, redeemable at our premises.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the event that we cannot fulfill the services your purchased and are not in a position to offer you any alternative service or rescheduling.
